This twist on a classic sushi roll comes wrapped in rice paper, lettuce and mint as well as sushi rice. The combination of aromatic herbs, classic Japanese fillings, and delicious dressings creates a uniquely tasty experience. With sweet chilli soy.

Please note that some clients find that sushi is not as filling as a usual working lunch.  You may want to  consider adding on something if you are in doubt so you continue to stay alert during the day.
