Good Friday! You must be thinking we’ve got our days mixed up… but no Good Friday is just a week away! This is the Friday preceding Easter Sunday. On this Friday many people don’t eat any type of meat other than fish to celebrate their religion. Thus, making Easter just around the corner.

Hopefully you are all fully in the festive spirit now and have even been to your first couple of celebrations, maybe with a few glasses of mulled wine and some mince pies.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Although we don’t celebrate this holiday in the UK it doesn’t mean we can’t take enjoy the spirit of it. This is the time of year when you can strengthen family bonds and reflect on life. 

This Saturday, 11th November 2017, where people across the globe stand in silence for two minutes at 11am. World War I ended on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th Month and this day now remembers all those who fought in the war as well as the millions who have been affected by every conflict since.

With Halloween and Christmas around the corner we know themed event can be a hassle and choosing a theme is a big part of any event. Get it right and your event will be the talk of the office… get it wrong and people might remember it for all the wrong reasons! (No one wants to be the person who organised that event).
