Carrot and Coriander is one of our most cherished recipes and a big part of our chef's soup making expertise. We've combined fresh sweet British carrots with coriander and a dash of nutmeg. Our recipe for carrot and coriander soup is simply made, but also a little different.

Carrots are quickly cooked in a vegetable bouillon to retain freshness of flavour. Chopped coriander leaf gives an aromatic flavour. We then sweeten with a touch of honey and a squeeze of lemon. Delicate subtlety and quality ingredients are what make our recipe for carrot and coriander soup so special!

The soup will be delivered in a flask.

All you will have to do is simply open the lid and pour.
