Open Scones with Strawberry Conserve and Cream - finished with a sprig of fresh green mint on some of them!

Beautifuly fresh scones with juicy sultanas are cut and then on each side of the scone we spread the finest strawberry jam, carefully pipe on some double cream and garnish with a little fresh strawberry and mint.
