Once we receive the fresh salmon at our kitchen, we take whole sides of fresh salmon and cut the best pieces for roasting in our seasoned ovens.

This is a wonderful menu choice which is low in fat and great in taste. We roast the salmon on bamboo skewers and garnish the platter with some mixed leaves and cherry tomatoes.

Serving our own seasonal dip which could be;

Light Mayonnaise dip with a squeeze of Fresh Lemon

Our homemade Salsa with Coriander and chopped Tomatoes
