Roasted Vegetarian Tartlettes with Dolcelatte Cheese, Dolcelatte is a blue veined Italian soft cheese made from cow’s milk. Its name translates to “sweet milk” in English. At Owen Brothers we have perfected the art of slow roasting all the vegetables that go into our tarts and tartlettes. Of course, it takes a bit of time but we know that this process makes the flavours bold and strong. We try and use vegetables that are in season but you can be sure that the tartlettes will be full of flavour and colour.
