Again it's all our own work by our incredibly talented team of chefs. One of our chefs makes his own caramelised onion with a secret ingredient that makes all the difference to the taste.

We then take the freshest and smoothest goats cheese and carefully add this over the caramelised red onion.  All this sits pretty on one of our own freshly baked crostini’s.
