We take the finest British strawberries of the season, wash them carefully and then pierce them with a perspex canape skewer then against a soft marshmallow. The whole dessert is sealed together with rich Belgian chocolate so it can be eaten in one bite. Of course, we drizzle some white Belgian chocolate over the top so we add the little bit of extra sweetness.
It's our signature product that's a winner every time.

Our strawberries come from Kent - the Garden of England. This area is famous for its wonderful, fresh and flavoursome soft fruit. We have been using fresh strawberries from Marion Regan's farm. She's been growing berries on these greensand slopes overlooking the Weald since since her great-grandfather planted his first strawberry crop in 1893.
