Our meats are hugely important to us - we therefore have to take care and attention to roasting, slicing and cooking our own chicken, beef, turkey and ham. Clients kept asking us if we could just put together a selection of the finest meats from our kitchen - this wasn't difficult for us to do so we created this selection;

This will be displayed in its full glory on a garnished platter.
